I am in Arco we have already made the technical meeting.
Yesterday finally had arrived Felipe, my Brazilian college. He was tired and he needed sleep, good food and rest, so yesterday was his first day in Arco, he always listen about the amazing place that is Arco, and today morning he could check it. He checks all the best here, Ice cream, Pizza and Rock…what more you need?
We have met all the climbers and all of them in good shape and want to fight, so it will be a nice comp, Tomorrow we have to try the after work route, that is setting by Leonardo Di Marino and Donato Lella, two Italian route setters. And in the afternoon, at 7:30 pm will be the Arco Rock Legends dinner, nice buffet, and just after the Awards. I think that this year will be hard to get an award, so we will see, every nominated have got good chances, Ondra, kili, Maja etc. The weather for the weekend will be ok, warm but with thunderstorm in the afternoon so I hope the comp will be all right.Felipe and me, after filming for the awards , we wanted to go climbing a multi pitch route, but finally we decided to go next Monday, the day after the competition. Ah, congratulations for Iban Ibañez who sends today White Zombie in Baltzola, his first 8c,,, And you will have more details about all tomorrow…I will tell you about the route. I am hungry to try it. |
