That has been the outcome of a very hard week of training.

But it was a lot of fun and doing routes in the Tivoli Kletternzentrum in Innsbruck is always a pleasure and the people are very nice (as long as they don't try to hide your chair hanging it on the top of a route...). The second day was the hardest by far because of the skin (or, more precisely due to the lack of it), but on wednesday we discovered that wearing gloves for belaying and the pullups was of great help.

Finally on Saturday we had our deserved rest day and we spent it visiting in Innsbruck and watching the BlocMaster. It was a really nice competition in which everybody enjoyed. That day the weather changed from very hot to kind of cold (I was freezing while seeing it!) and the competitors had conditions to try the boulders.

On Sunday we (Josu, Bernardo, Gitti and me) headed to Schielerwasserfall. The walk was not as long and steep as people had told us and the views there were amaizing. When I started to warm up I could feel that I was really tired from all the work done during the week and I thought I shouldnt climb more than 7c, but in the afternoon I tried an 8a a felt a little bit better so I decided to try something harder. I went for this very nice 8b+ which Mono was trying and I fell on the last moves. It was a pity, but I was happy cuz the sensations were good and this motivated me.

This next weekend I have to attend the Arco Rock Master and this means that I have to rest and climb only a little bit. But yesterday I couldnt help it and conviced a friend to go back to Schielerwasserfall. Alex Huber was there (he just came back from Kathmandu) in his home crag. I onsighted one of the best 8b I have ever done, very crimpy and with a great line. It suited my style pretty well but still felt hard for the grade.

Today I went to visit one of my sponsors: Glorify sunglasses (unbreakable!). I had a photosession and I met other of their athletes, Markus Bendler, also a member of the Black Diamond team. It was cool to share some time with them. Below you can see some pics.
