I had arrived on Friday afternoon to Cracow from Barcelona. We had spent all the week climbing in Margalef. I am improving my shoulder but it is going so slowly.And i am limitated trying the routes, but even if I am not in my best shape, I am enjoying the hollidays climbing on the hot rocks.

In the morning Tommy and my shelf have been bouldering in one of the best climbing gyms in Cracow, 1h and a half. In the afternoon we have made a press conference and at 6:15 i have pressented y slide show. Amazing how many people have been there, around 1300 people, this is the best climbing festival in Poland, and maybe one of the biggest in Europe.

It has been so nice the pressentation and just now we are going to watch the pressentation of Tommy Cadwell, who I met yesterday, becouse i did't meet before. With Adam Pustelnic and some more like Ferran Latorre etc.

Tonight will be a party in a ship, in the river, we will see what will be the matter there, but it is not the day for a party for me, all the day I have been really bad with my stomache, something bad...but I have still survived. 

And tomorrow I will pressent the training slide show..

It is beeing a nice weekend.
