After two months trying to improve my shoulder injury, finally, before yesterday, I had surgery. Everything was ok, and in 20 days, I will have to start with the rehabilitation.
Now only with the left hand i cannot do anything, only rest and recover. I can only say that you should take advantage of the vacations and enjoy on the rocks!!!! Merry Xtmas to everybody!
